Meet our founder

Dr Adeshola Cole

Dr Cole has dedicated her career to creating pathways for people to excel in tech, whatever their background. Under her leadership, Tritek has grown into a globally recognised EdTech organisation, helping over 5,000 people move into tech careers.

She has sponsored more than 100 people into life-changing tech opportunities, and mentors young women every week at Oasis Academy. Under her leadership Tritek was named one of the Top 20 Black-owned businesses in the UK by Channel 4 and Lloyds Bank.
