Z-Alpha Techies is our virtual summer camp designed to equip Gen Z and Gen Alpha with the tools for the future of work. Through focused training in Artificial Intelligence, Project Management, and Digital Marketing, we introduce young minds to in-demand digital skills. This program builds a strong pipeline of tech-savvy talent, coached and ready to build sustainable careers in the global tech industry.
We took our mission directly to the grassroots with the Elerinmo Skill Training Program in Osun State. This initiative delivered hands-on workshops focused on employability, entrepreneurship, and technology. By providing market-ready skills, we empowered local youths, opening clear pathways to economic independence and sustainable livelihoods within their own community.
Our founder, Dr. Adeshola, personally spearheads our commitment to shaping the next generation by mentoring secondary school students. In engaging sessions, she bridges the gap between the classroom and the real world, introducing students to modern workplace realities and opportunities in tech.
